As a traveller I almost always looks for wild, remote places – it helps me feel better connected to the world and myself.

 

 Being immersed in different cultures and ways of life is always eye-opening as opposed to the stereotypical descriptions of such places in the media.  The way I see it, you can never begin to understand anything about the world around you without seeing it and experiencing it for yourself
